  • How Do I Order?
    You can order your Well GEL products via our website or Instagram. If you wish to order via Instagram, please head to @wellgeluk. There, one of our Customer Service Advisors will get back to you within 24hrs. You can then pay via bank transfer or cash upon collection at one of our local stockists. If you are ordering online with us, we accept PayPal.
  • Do I Have To Be Qualified To Buy From Well Gel?
    No, our products are available to anyone with a passion for nails! Please follow correct application by using our personalised nail guide. Check out our Instagram @wellgeluk for some inspo!
  • Are Your Products Vegan?
    When we began production this for us was a no brainer. We love our fur babies so we can confirm all our products are 100% Vegan and Cruelty Free.
  • Delivery
    We currently have 5 delivery options available which are explained below: 1st Class Signed For Delivery £5.55 This delivery would aim to get to you the next working day. We are covered for this parcel in the unlikely event it gets lost. A signature is required for this parcel to be delivered therefore please ensure you use a delivery address that somebody is likely to be in to sign for it. 2nd Class Signed For Delivery £4.45 This delivery would aim to get to you between 2-5 working days. We are covered for this parcel in the unlikely event it gets lost. A signature is required for this parcel to be delivered therefore please ensure you use a delivery address that somebody is likely to be in to sign for it. 1st Class Delivery, NO SIGNATURE £4.45 This delivery would aim to get to you the next working day. We are NOT covered for this parcel in the unlikely event it gets lost meaning if this parcel does go awol, you will be responsible to make another order and no compensation will be given from Well Gel or Royal Mail. A signature is NOT required for this parcel to be delivered. We offer this service as it is rare for parcels to get lost in the post and it allows our customers to pay less for their postage. 2nd Class Delivery, NO SIGNATURE £3.35 This delivery would aim to get to you between 2-5 working days. We are NOT covered for this parcel in the unlikely event it gets lost meaning if this parcel does go awol, you will be responsible to make another order and no compensation will be given from Well Gel or Royal Mail. A signature is NOT required for this parcel to be delivered. We offer this service as it is rare for parcels to get lost in the post and it allows our customers to pay less for their postage. Special Delivery Guaranteed By 1pm £11.05 This delivery is guaranteed to be delivered the next working day before 1pm. By 1pm delivery is subject to the addressee being in to receive the letter or parcel so please make sure there is somebody available to accept it. Royal Mail WORKING DAYS are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday All orders will be posted the same day if you order BEFORE 2PM MONDAY - FRIDAY No deliveries will be attempted on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
  • Can I Get My Gels Today?
    YES HUNNI. We understand, there's no time to wait! Well Gel colours are available at Summer Bunny Studio. Simply place an order online, or pop into Summer Bunny to have a browse and collect your gels. Please be aware of their opening hours, contact them on 01925 241200 for any further queries regarding opening hours.   • When Can I Collect My Pickup Order?
    Once you have paid for your order and recieved a confirmation email, you just need to wait for a further email alerting you that your order is ready to pick up. Please ensure you have some form of ID or alert us prior to collecting your order to ensure we give you/the person collecting on your behalf the right parcel. Your order will be kept safe within the Studio for 28 days, after that it will be sent back to our warehouse and you will be contacted to arrange a different delivery option. If your question has not yet been answered, please dont hesitate to contact us direct, via Instagram, Email or Phone.
  • How Do I Change My Order?

  • Is Well Gel Ltd Registered With The Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP)?
    We are... our products are registered with the CPNP under the name "Well Gel Ltd" in compliance with Regulation (EC) N° 1223/2009 (Article 13)
  • Have Well Gel Products Been Tested For Safety?
    Yes! We take this very seriously. Our products have been subject to a safety assessment and have received the requisite Cosmetic Product Safety Report. Please get in touch if you need further information.
  • How Do I Return My Order?
    Unless your product has been ordered as an error or the product is found faulty in transit, we do not offer returns due to change of mind. Order Error: If you have ordered a product by accident, we will honour a refund if we are notified and the product is sent back to us within 14 days. The product must be in a perfect, re-saleable condition and your refund will be processed once we have recieved it and a thorough inspection has been made. You will be responsible for the postage cost and safe arrival of the package. Your refund will only include the cost of the product at the time of purchase but not including delivery fees. If the product appears to be used or the packaging tampered with, you will lose your right to a refund due to health protection or hygiene reasons. You will be held responsible for the returned item(s) until they reach us. For your reference, we suggest that you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature on delivery. We are not liable for returned goods lost in transit. Faulty Product: We highly doubt any of our products would be damaged within transit due to the material of our products but in the unlikely event they are; Products may be returned provided you notify us of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We must recieve the package within 14 days of the initial delivery date and we will honour the cost of delivery to return it to us but we require you to pay it forward with proof of postage costs and the safe arrival of the product. We will refund the costs you incur in sending the products back to us by 1st class post only, if you choose to send them recorded delivery, any extra costs of that will be your responsibility. If the product appears to be used or the packaging tampered with, you will lose your right to a refund due to health protection or hygiene reasons. You will be held responsible for the returned item(s) until they reach us. For your reference, we suggest that you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature on delivery. We are not liable for returned goods lost in transit. We will refund any money received from you using the same payment method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.   • Discount Code Terms & Conditions
    Please note, discount codes will not work in conjuction with any sitewide sales. Discount codes will only work on full priced products/orders. If you do manage to use a code and your order goes through successfully, our system will automatically cancel it within 24hrs later. Thank you Well Gel UK
